THE COURT.
Appeals from a judgment on verdict in favor of plaintiff, for the sum of six thousand five hundred dollars and costs, and from an order denying a new trial.
The points relied upon for reversal are: The statute of limitations; errors of law occurring in the instructions, in denying motion for nonsuit, and in the admission of evidence; and irregularity in the proceedings of the court and jury.
