The defendant, Arthur Cole, appeals from the judgment of conviction, rendered after a jury trial, of two counts of accessory to robbery in the first degree with a firearm in violation of General Statutes §§ 53a-8 and 53a-134 (a) (4),2 two counts of conspiracy to commit robbery in the first degree in violation of General Statutes §§ 53a-483 and 53a-134 (a) (4), and two counts of larceny in the second degree as an accessory in violation of General Statutes §§ 53a-8 and 53a-123 (a) (3).4 The sole issue on appeal is the defendant’s claim that the evidence presented by the state…
