Tbe case was before ns on a former appeal. 198 Iowa 359. Tbe facts in the ease are set out in tbe former opinion in considerable detail. We shall avoid herein, as far as practicable, the repetition of such details. It appears that proceeding’s for the relocation of the highway were commenced before the board of supervisors of Union County in December, 1920. Prior to March 16,- 1921, the commission had reported favorably, and appraisers had been appointed and award recommended.
