RODOWSKY, Judge.

This case is a sequel to Moniodis v. Cook, 64 Md.App. 1, 494 A.2d 212, cert. denied, 304 Md. 631, 500 A.2d 649 (1985) (Cook), an appeal from verdicts and judgments in boxcar figures for four plaintiffs. When the litigation was finally resolved very substantial fees were received by plaintiffs’ counsel. One of these counsel was Stephen D. Langhoff (Langhoff), formerly a shareholder in the professional services corporation now named Michael E. Marr, P.C. (Marr P.C.), which initially had represented the plaintiffs in Cook.
