Under permissive section 6452, C. L. 1921, a number of persons, mechanics and material men, claiming liens against the same property, neither contesting the claims of the others, joined as plaintiffs in the same action to enforce their liens thereon, each plaintiff stating his cause of action in a separate count or statement of the complaint. The Consumers Lumber & Investment Company, a corporation, plaintiff in error, one of these claimants, set forth its cause of action in the fourth count or statement.
