VANDE WALLE, Chief Justice.

Reginald Trieb appealed from a judgment on a guilty plea in the district court, Southwest Judicial District, finding him guilty of murder, a Class AA felony, and sentencing *680him to thirty years in the North Dakota State Penitentiary. We affirm.

A jury convicted Trieb of murder, a Class AA felony, and Trieb was sentenced to life imprisonment. On appeal, this court reversed and remanded for a new trial. State v.
