The appellant was convicted of raping the complainant, JG, in the bedroom of her quarters. Several witnesses testified that the accused and others had played cards at JG’s house on the evening of the incident and that JG and her brother had become so intoxicated that the accused and the other guests left. The complainant testified that the appellant returned to her house during the night and raped her. She stated that she had been asleep in her room when she awoke and saw the appellant.
