OPINION
YOCK, Judge.
This condemnation case arises under the provisions of the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness Act (BWCAW Act), Pub.L. No. 95-495, § 6(b)(2), 92 Stat. 1649, 1653 (1978). Pursuant to the BWCAW Act, the plaintiffs Laurentian timber sale contract was terminated by the U.S. Forest Service. Thus, the plaintiff was denied the opportunity to log the Laurentian sale under the terms of the contract.
