This appeal and cross-appeal are from the judgment of the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and involve issues of patent validity, infringement, breach of contract, fraud, mis*1230appropriation of trade secrets, and several related issues.1 We affirm in part, reverse in part, vacate in part, and remand.
