Bobbie Regjovich (Regjovich) appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment on her claims against First Western Investments, Inc., (FWI), Management Northwest, Inc., (MNW), and First Western Development Association of Washington V, L.P., (FWD-V). Regjovich alleged that she suffered personal injuries in a slip-and-fall that occurred on the sidewalk outside the Payless Drug Store in Coeur d’Alene.
