I. Introduction

This ease involves various claims brought by plaintiff David Arnold against defendants Air Midwest, Inc.; A.R. Paquette; the Air Lines Pilots Association, International (“ALPA”); and John G. Sehleder arising out of plaintiffs termination from his employment as a pilot for Air Midwest. Plaintiff has asserted state law claims against Air Midwest and Paquette for tortious interference, wrongful termination and retaliatory discharge.
