Geneva Carter and John Carter, mother and son, appeal pro se from a final judgment entered in the District Court 1 for the Eastern District of Missouri upon a jury verdict in favor of St. Louis County police officers Gary Jacobsen, David Barron, Charles Quaethem, and Thomas Klekamp. Appellants alleged in their complaint, brought under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, that appellees violated their constitutional rights by conducting an unlawful search of their home under threat of force.
