Linda Shell, individually and as next friend of Lezlie Shell, her minor daughter, 1 appeals from a final judgment entered in the District Court 2 for the Eastern District of Arkansas upon a jury verdict in favor of the Missouri Pacific Railroad Co. (MoPac) following a collision between a MoPac freight train and a car driven by Robert Shell in which Lezlie Shell was a passenger.
