VENTERS, Bankruptcy Judge.
The Debtor, Virginia T. Moretto, appeals the bankruptcy court’s order granting the State of Minnesota’s motion for summary judgment on its complaint against Moretto to determine the dis-chargeability of a stipulated restitution judgment debt that Moretto owes to the State. We have jurisdiction over this appeal pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 158(b).
For the reasons set forth below, the order of the bankruptcy court is affirmed. 1
