Richard Bice (Bice) appeals from a judgment granting summary judgment in favor of third-party defendant Wayne Nelson, individually and Wayne Nelson, d/b/a Depot Equipment of Ideal, South Dakota (Nelson). Additionally, Bice appeals an order denying his motion for a new trial and an order for repossession of a combine.
