Plaintiff appealed from a judgment entered on September 8, 1954, in favor of defendants Atwell, Vogel and Sterling, Inc., and Pat Keane and from an order denying plaintiff’s motion for entry of default against defendants Independent Elevator Company and B. C. Van Emon Elevators, Inc., in an action for personal injuries caused by the fall of an elevator. A motion by respondents Independent Elevator Company and B. C.
