This is an action brought by Harding against the Lasater Lumber Company and Eulos Jones for damages for personal injuries sustained by him in a collision, between a buggy in which he was riding and a lumber truck owned by the defendant Lasater Lumber Company, and driven by its servant Eulos Jones. There was a jury trial which resulted in a verdict in favor of the plaintiff for $15,000; on motion for a new trial the court suggested a remittitur of $3,000' which was accepted by the plaintiff, whereupon the motion for a new trial was overruled and the defendants have appealed in error to this…
