Plaintiffs TC and KC, individually and as parents of DC, bring this action stemming from their son’s experiences at Valley Central High School. Defendants have filed two motions to dismiss, one by defendant Avella (Doc. #30) and one by the remaining defendants (Doc. # 27). In their response, plaintiffs included a request to amend their complaint, submitting the proposed amended complaint as an exhibit.
