This is a bankruptcy appeal involving a telecommunications company and one of its former suppliers. At issue in this appeal is a procedure called claim estimation, which allows a bankruptcy court to estimate the value of a creditor's claims against a debtor for purposes of avoiding undue delay in the administration of the bankruptcy proceedings. See 11 U.S.C. § 502(c).
