The defendant, the zoning board of appeals of the town of Brookfield (board), appeals from the judgment of the trial court sustaining in part the appeal of the plaintiff, Smith Brothers Woodland Management, LLC, from a decision of the board upholding a cease and desist order issued by the Brookfield zoning enforcement officer.
