Action by appellant, a corporation, to recover certain real estate owned by it, and which had been pledged to secure the payment of the debt of an individual. The complaint charges in the first and second paragraphs, after alleging corporate existence, that in March, 1910, appellant was the owner of forty-two feet off the whole north end of Lots 3 and 4 in Block No. 1, in the original plat of the town of Kempton, Tip-ton county, Indiana; that one Gossard was the president of appellant; and appellee Ricketts was its secretary; *460on March 14, 1910, one Edgar Snetcher owed to the State Bank of…
