ULRICH, Presiding Judge.

Randall Ralston appeals the judgment of the circuit court following a hearing denying his Rule 29.07 motion to withdraw his guilty plea and sentence to a term of fifteen years imprisonment. Mr. Ralston pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, section 195.020, RSMo 1986 (repealed 1989). He claims his guilty plea was unknowing, unintelligent, and involuntary because the plea court incorrectly advised him regarding the maximum range of punishment.
