Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Albany County (Herrick, J.), rendered May 11, 2006, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of reckless endangerment in the first degree.
Pursuant to a negotiated plea agreement, defendant pleaded guilty to reckless endangerment in the first degree in full satis*1024faction of a multicount indictment, waived his right to appeal and was sentenced, as a second felony offender, to a prison term of 2 to 4 years. Defendant now appeals.
