PERRY, Chief Judge.

Richard Allen Dunn appeals from the judgment of conviction and sentence entered after a jury verdict of guilty for first degree murder. I.C. §§ 18-4001, -02, and -03. 1 For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.

BACKGROUND
