This is an action to recover damages on account of the breach of a contract to sell and deliver potatoes.

The plaintiffs are a co-partnership engaged in the business of buying and selling potatoes at wholesale in Decatur, Illinois. The defendant is a corporation engaged in the wholesale produce business at Grand Porks, North Dakota. O. J. Barnes is its president and is actively in charge of the business. M. J.
