Plaintiffs-appellants, John Roemer and his wife, Georgia Roemer, instituted this action against Green Pastures Farms, Inc., the defendant-respondent, seeking to recover damages for allegedly fraudulent misrepresentations, or in the alternative, for breach of express warranties in con*592nection with an exchange of real property between the parties.
