Plaintiff, Steven J. Potter, appeals the adequacy of the judgment entered in his favor on a claim for personal injury protection benefits against defendant, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, asserting that the trial court erred in calculating attorney fees and treble damages. Defendant cross-appeals, contending that the court erred in determining damages, and that it is entitled to a new trial based on jury misconduct and improper closing arguments.
