OPINION

SNOW, Judge.

¶ 1 This special action concerns whether the testimony before the grand jury of former Glendale City Attorney Richard Flaaen disclosed communications protected by the attorney-client privilege. 1

¶ 2 The State obtained criminal indictments against five Glendale city officials— four city council members and the city clerk — who are the real-parties-in-interest in this special action.
