Before the Court is Plaintiffs’ Verified Application for Attorneys Fees, Costs, and Expert Fees, filed by the Plaintiffs, Disabled Patriots of America, Inc. (“the Disabled Patriots”) and Derek Mortland (“Mortland”) (collectively, “Plaintiffs”). (Doc. 49, The Motion.) The Defendants, Reserve Hotel, Ltd. (“Reserve”) and Hotel at Reserve Square, Ltd.
