The plaintiffs in several states have filed motions requesting the court, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23(c)(1)(C), to amend its March 25, 2008 order (doc. # 1119) denying class certification and enter an order certifying the plaintiffs’ proposed classes.
