OPINION AND ORDER

2Per curiam

On May 4, 1970 certain actions brought by stockholders and former stockholders of the Commonwealth United Corporation and the Seeburg Corporation were transferred to the Southern District of New York and assigned to Judge MeFadden for coordinated or consolidated pretrial proceedings under 28 U.S.C. § 1407. In re Seeburg-Commonwealth United Merger Litigation, 312 F.Supp. 909 (J.P.M.L.1970).
