We are here presented with three appeals from orders of the District Court for the *135Western District of Pennsylvania terminating a consolidated derivative suit which had been brought by shareholders of Gulf Oil Corporation (herein “Gulf”). At our No. 77-1156 the plaintiffs appeal from the district court’s order entered November 18, 1976, dismissing Price Waterhouse & Company (herein “Price Waterhouse”) as a party defendant in the action.
