MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
ATKINS, Chief Judge.
Plaintiff, Karoly Kiss, brought this action against his former employer, Tamarac Utilities, Inc., and several of his former co-workers, Roland Salsberry, Jan Langnecker, Robert Foltz and Charles Moore. In Count I of the amended complaint, plaintiff seeks reinstatement, back pay and attorneys’ fees for employment discrimination pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.
