HAMILTON, District Judge.

In this action before the court 1 pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq., plaintiff sought recovery against her employer, defendant Pioneer Logging Machinery, Inc. (hereinafter “Pioneer”), for Pioneer’s failure to reinstate plaintiff to her position after she had taken a maternity leave of absence.
