Plaintiff, Inés Corujo-Marti (“Plaintiff’) filed this action under the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1991 (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12112(a), against her employer, TripleS, Inc. (“Triple-S” or “Defendant”), alleging discrimination and harassment on account of her epilepsy condition. (Docket No. 1). In addition, Plaintiff alleges that she was wrongfully terminated in retaliation for filing a charge with Puerto Rico’s Anti-Discrimination Unit (“ADU”) and having availed herself of benefits under the Family and Medical Leave Act (“FMLA”).
