Plaintiff, Magdalena González-Rodríguez (“González”), brought this action against her employer, the United States Postal Service (“USPS”), alleging retaliation and disparate treatment by reason of disability in violation of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, 29 U.S.C. § 794 et seq., and Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. González also alleges violations to the Family Medical Leave Act of 1993, 29 U.S.C. § 2615, in the form of both interference and discrimination.
