Plaintiffs sue on behalf of the Norwegian-Lutheran Church of Park, Idaho, an unincorporated religious association, hereinafter called “the church,” to quiet title to a tract of land, approximately one acre in area, situate in the “extreme Northwest corner of the Northeast quarter • of the Northwest quarter of Section sixteen in Township thirty-nine, North of Range one, West of the Boise Meridian, in Latah County, Idaho, together with a church building located thereon.” The complaint alleged the erection of a church and the fencing of the said claimed tract, the continuous use of…
