{¶ 1} Cyndi Johnson ("Tenant") appeals twice from separate judgments of the Athens County Municipal Court in favor of Rocco Valente ("Landlord") upon his first cause of action for forcible entry and detainer and summary eviction, and on his second cause of action for money damages for lost rent. The court dismissed Tenant's counterclaims. On appeal, Tenant contends that the trial court erred for various reasons when it granted judgment in favor of Landlord on his first cause of action.
