Before the Court are four motions to dismiss in response to Plaintiffs Ira and Sheldon Nathel’s (“Plaintiffs”) allegations that they are victims of a fraudulent scheme whereby Defendants induced them to invest in partnerships for oil and gas drilling, promising legitimate tax deductions and substantial returns from oil and gas revenues.
