The Court of Appeals found the Court of Common Pleas in error in sustaining an objection to the testimony of the expert medical witness to the general effect that there was a causal relationship by way of acceleration and aggravation between the work of the decedent and his death, as well as the testimony of the reasons of the medical expert for his opinion.
