Justice MOORE:

Petitioner was charged with numerous counts of burglary and grand larceny in connection with a string of at least seventy-five burglaries in Richland and Kershaw Counties. 1 He was identified as a suspect in the burglaries after an individual observed him throw a lockbox from the window of his car. The lockbox had been stolen from a home the same day. Petitioner pled guilty to three counts of second-degree burglary and two counts of grand larceny.
