Elaintiffs appeal by right the trial court’s grant of summary disposition in favor of defendant QFD, Inc.1 We reverse in part and remand for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.

In this case of first impression, we are required to interpret and apply certain provisions of Michigan’s *361Mobile Home Commission Act (MHCA), MCL 125.2301 et seq.
