Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Tompkins County (Friedlander, J.), rendered July 26, 1990, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of criminal sale of a *774controlled substance in the first degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the first degree, attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance in the first degree and conspiracy in the second degree.
