—Judgment unanimously reversed on the law and indictment dismissed. Memorandum: Defendant was convicted of one count of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree and two counts of conspiracy in the fourth degree. The charges arose out of the sale of cocaine to Greg Lawson and the conspiracy to sell cocaine to Charles Stillwell. Lawson and Stillwell testified against defendant in exchange for immunity from prosecution.
