Javonda Scruggs appeals the district court’s 1 grant of summary judgment in favor of Pulaski County, Arkansas, on claims she brought against the county alleging that it discriminated against her in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (Section 504), and retaliated against her in violation of the ADA, Section 504, the Arkansas Civil Rights Act (ACRA), and the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA). 2 Because we agree with the district court that Scruggs has not established a prima facie case of discrimination…
