This matter comes before the Court pursuant to a complaint for disciplinary action filed by the Disciplinary Commission and alleging that the Respondent, Clifford G. Antcliff, violated several provisions of the Rules of Professional Conduct for Attorneys at Law. This Court appointed a Hearing Officer pursuant to Ind.Admission and Discipline Rule 23, Section 11(e), and, following hearing, he tendered his Findings of Fact and Conclusions.
