Elbert Lee Holdren directs this writ of error to a judgment revoking probation and sentencing him to a term of three to five years in the state penitentiary. On September 9, 1963, Moldren entered a plea of nolo contendere to a charge of indecent liberties taken with a child under sixteen years of age. C.R.S. ’53, 40-2-32. A judgment and order granting probation for three years was entered on November 4, 1963.
