This qui tarn action is brought by relator Shane Lager pursuant to the False Claims Act, 31 U.S.C. §§ 3729, et seq. (FCA). Relator alleges that drug manufacturer CSL Behring, LLC, and its parent corporation CSL Behring Limited (collectively, CSL Behring) conspired with specialty pharmacies Accredo Health, Inc., (Accredo) and Coram LLC (Coram) to submit false claims to the United States for reimbursement for prescription drugs.
