Relator Shane Lager brought this qui tam action pursuant to the False Claims Act (FCA), 31 U.S.C. §§ 3729 et seq., alleging that drug manufacturer CSL Behring, LLC, and its parent corporation CSL Behring Limited (collectively, “CSL Behring”) conspired with pharmacies Accredo Health, Inc., (“Accredo”) and Coram LLC (“Coram”) to submit false claims to the United States for reimbursement for prescription drugs.
