KNUDSON, Justice.

During May, 1956, respondents were possessed of and occupied a 21 foot Kozy Coach trailer house at the C & M Trailer Court located about halfway between John Day, Oregon and Canyon City, Oregon. On about June 2, 1956, a Mr. Easter, whom respondents regarded as an agent of appellant, called upon respondents and discussed with them the purchase of a 40 foot Terra Cruiser trailer house which at that time was located at Long Creek.
